ABOUT

Lindsay is a certified yoga instructor with a passion for making yoga accessible and transformative.
She has been practicing yoga since 2012, and for her, yoga is more about how it makes you feel than how it looks.
​
Lindsay guides students through yoga and breathwork practices to regulate their nervous systems, connect with their intuition, navigate life transitions, and cultivate greater confidence and empowerment.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at YogaSpace and is currently studying Somatic Yoga with Angela Jervis-Read.

Somatic practices are increasingly recognized to release emotions, reduce joint pain, relax muscular tension, regulate your nervous system and restore your overall vitality. Lindsay is excited to bring these somatic techniques to Yoga Camp this year.

In addition to her yoga training, Lindsay has expertise in intuitive eating, holistic nutrition, and trauma-informed coaching.

​You may recognize her from a past Yoga Camp, as she’s been a participant for several summers. She is now thrilled to lead classes at this year’s Yoga Camp!
